Ulivo Apartment is one of the two guest apartments at Villa Italia, a countryside villa near Contursi Terme. Renovated in May 2012, it offers about 55 square metres of indoor space and is ideal for guests looking for a quiet stay in the green surroundings of southern Campania.
he apartment includes:
- a kitchen with fireplace
- one double bedroom, with an extra bed available on request
- one small bedroom with bunk beds
- a bathroom
It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with the possibility of a fifth bed on request.
The apartment is equipped with crockery, pots and everything needed for cooking, as well as mosquito screens. Guests also have access to the relaxation area, barbecue area and outdoor parking for one car per family.
